2.2 Premium Services

Enhanced features and ad-free experience are available through subscription plans. Premium services are subject to additional terms and payment requirements.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Subscription and Payments

9.1 Subscription Plans

MyWeather Today offers premium subscription plans that provide additional features and an ad-free experience. Subscription plans may be offered on a monthly or annual basis.

9.2 Billing

By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specifically permitted in these Terms. We may change the fees for our premium services at any time by posting the changes on the Service.

9.3 Automatic Renewal

Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew. You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your payment method.

9.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for any fees already paid. Your premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MyWeather Today, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
  2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
  3. Any content obtained from the Service.
  4. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if MyWeather Today has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New York County, New York.

14. Changes to Terms
